- Currently, there is a cash-on-delivery facility for all products in any part of Bangladesh.
- Delivery Charge/Courier Charge for Online Delivery The buyer will have to bear the entire courier charge for the product delivered by courier.
- Delivery charge within Dhaka is 80 taka and delivery charge outside Dhaka is 120 taka throughout Bangladesh.
- In all areas where an additional charge is required for the delivery van to enter, the customer will have to bear that charge. A separate fee is charged for the van to enter areas such as Baridhara DOHS, Mirpur DOHS, etc., which will be added to the customer’s bill.
- Currently, delivery time for online orders may take 1 to 3 days or more.
- If the ordered product is not in stock, the product will be changed or the price will be refunded with the consent of the buyer.
- Delivery to specific flats has been temporarily stopped. The buyer will have to receive the product from the main gate of the building.
- We deliver as per the Close Box Policy. There is no opportunity to open the product during delivery. However, it is requested to record a video of the product being opened at home after receiving the delivery. If there is any problem, you must inform us with a video within 24 hours.
- If the price of any product is inconsistent with the current market price/maximum retail price due to a technical error on the website, Tech Hunter BD authorities reserve the right to cancel the order of that product with or without informing the esteemed buyer.

- বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে সকল পণ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে।
- অনলাইন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ/ কুরিয়ার চার্জ কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারকৃত পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
- ঢাকার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৮০ টাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা।
- যে সকল এলাকায় ডেলিভারি ভ্যান প্রবেশের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ দিতে হয়, সেই চার্জটি গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে। বারিধারা ডিওএইচএস, মিরপুর ডিওএইচএস ইত্যাদি এলাকায় প্রবেশের জন্য ভ্যানের আলাদা ফি নেওয়া হয়, যা গ্রাহকের বিলের সাথে যোগ হবে।
- বর্তমানে অনলাইন অর্ডারে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সময় ১ থেকে ৩ দিন অথবা তারও বেশি লাগতে পারে।
- অর্ডারক্রীত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে পণ্য পরিবর্তন অথবা মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে।
- নির্দিষ্ট ফ্ল্যাট এ গিয়ে ডেলিভারি সাময়িক বন্ধ রাখা হয়েছে। ক্রেতাকে বিল্ডিং এর মেইন গেট থেকে পণ্য রিসিভ করতে হবে।
- আমরা Close Box Policy অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি করে থাকি। ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট খোলার সুযোগ নেই। তবে, ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর বাসায় গিয়ে প্রোডাক্ট খোলার সময় একটি ভিডিও ধারণ করে রাখার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। যদি কোনো সমস্যা থাকে, তাহলে অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদেরকে ভিডিওসহ জানাতে হবে।
- ওয়েবসাইট এর কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য বর্তমান বাজার মূল্য/সর্বোচ্চ খুচরা মূল্যের সাথে অসঙ্গতিপূর্ণ থাকলে সেই পন্যের অর্ডারটি টেক হান্টার বিডি কর্তৃপক্ষ সম্মানিত ক্রেতাকে অবগত করে বা না করে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
